If your body stopped feeling like yours
These are signs of shifting hormones, not signs of getting old.
How it works
How soy isoflavones restore the signal your body misses
Menopause symptoms are not random. They trace back to one change, and isoflavones act exactly where it happens.
Estrogen starts to shift
From the late thirties onward, estrogen does not simply fall, it begins to swing. The receptors that depend on it, in the hypothalamus, mood pathways, gut, bone and skin, stop receiving a steady signal. That instability is what you feel as low energy, restless nights, unpredictable moods and skin that looks tired.
A plant molecule with a familiar shape
Soy isoflavones, mainly genistein and daidzein, are phytoestrogens. Their molecular shape is close enough to the body's own estrogen (17β-estradiol) that they can dock into the very same receptors. This is not a synthetic hormone. It is a plant compound the receptor recognises.
Gentle, selective signalling
Isoflavones bind preferentially to the ERβ receptor and signal far more softly than estradiol. When your estrogen is low, they top the signal up. Because the effect is mild and selective, this is what non-hormonal support means: the receptor is soothed without adding hormones to your body.
System by system, the body settles
With steadier signalling, the hypothalamus stops overreacting to small temperature shifts, so hot flashes and night sweats ease. Serotonin pathways stabilise, supporting mood. Sleep consolidates. In bone, the cells that break down bone slow while builders keep working, protecting bone density. The trial numbers below show the size of these effects.
Why 50mg is the number that matters
Published menopause trials typically dose 40 to 100mg of isoflavones per day. Most isoflavone drinks on the market carry around 10mg, well under the studied range. ISOKAE carries 50mg per sachet, inside it. Taken daily, gut bacteria also convert daidzein into equol, its most active form, which is why consistency beats occasional use.
The proof
Measured in trials, not promised in ads
Soy isoflavones are among the most researched compounds in women's nutrition, with 500+ published studies. These are the outcomes reported across isoflavone trials.
How to read these: n is the number of women in each trial, so n=100 means the result was measured across 100 women. The weeks show how long they took isoflavones before the change was measured.
Validated by Universiti Sains Malaysia. ISOKAE has been screened for hormones by GC-MS at the USM Toxicology Laboratory and evaluated for acute systemic toxicity at the USM Centre for Drug Research. The formulation is non-hormonal and suitable for long-term daily use.
